Update: Online Express Issue with Some Client Forms

Hi again community,


I sent out an update via email to all Online Express contact but in case I went into your junk folder sadhere is the update:

We were experiencing issues with Online Express forms not populating and reporting errors for some clients. These issues were occurring due to one of our servers being in a bad state. We took down this specific server and restarted which has corrected the issue.

We apologize for this disruption that we know this has caused.

  • Online Express has been horrible for me all week.


    Three days in a row, I've been unable to load recently sent messages. Today I clicked a recent message and timed the response. Nothing after a full minute.


    Tried a second time and after 1 minute and 44 seconds, I got this message: 

    Our servers are super busy crunching numbers. Please check back. 


    I tried to create a new email and it took more than 45 seconds for the screen to load.


    I'm sorry, but this is simply unacceptable performance!


    Are you guys aware?


    And if so, what are you doing to solve the problem?

    I agree this is not acceptable. We are aware and have our entire development team working on the performance issues that you are experiencing. I'll keep you posted as we uncover more.

    I went on the site a bit ago, and I was able to load previous emails with no problem.
