S-tag to render list of available S-tags

A couple of years ago somebody (probably Brian Mucha or Noah Cooper) let me know in a discussion that there was an s-tag that would render all of the s-tags available for a particular page.  It was incredibly helpful solving an issue I had with donation2 thankyou pages.   However, I can't find that message in the forums anywhere, and I don't remember what the tag was! 


Anybody got that laying around?  It really ought to be included in the s-tags reference doc, but I don't see it there either....
