Recommended Training

I would like to put in our next budget request some funds for Raisers Edge training.  We have done the "learn more" package and also webinars and even a consultant that came here.  I am looking for something that a couple of staff can go to where each of us can pick our own "tracks" per say on what we would like to learn more about.  Is BBCON really the only conference that Blackbaud does or are there smaller regional versions of this?  Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
