Missing Gift Entries in Reports

I had to edit a posted gift entry and now if I run a report the gift entry is not pulling into the report.  Any advise

    Is the report pulling by any date field?  Did one get changed in your editing?  Did you have to change post status to not posted to do your editing?  If so, a date may have changed. 


    Otherwise what fields did you change and what kind of report are you running? What criteria?
