General Constiuent Email Report

Options
Is there a way to run a report to determine whether or not constituents are receiving/opening emails? I am looking for an overall report, not email campaign specific. Basically, I want to know what email addresses are actually valid. Thanks in advance!

  • The best way to track this long-term is by using the Email Response Rate Segmentation task. ("This task allows you to rank and segment constituents based on e-mail responsiveness.")


    This task is used to incremement the constituent's Engagement Factors. You get 10 engagement factor fields, which you can use as you wish. There are several events you can use as the key: E-mails Received, E-mail Opens, E-mail Click-throughs, Forwarded e-mails, and E-mails Sent. Each can be weighted differently, so a forward might count for 2 points, and an open for 1 point to give an overall engagement score. (We also track each type event in it's own factor field.)
