SUGGESTION: provide security maint for PLUG-INS (hosted)

I was told by support yesterday that there is no way to exclude the PLUG-INS icon from users.  If we ever wanted to grant RE access to a student work for running reports or simple updates, they would have access to PLUG-INS and could wreak havoc on our entire database if they started playing around with some of those plug-ins.  It's bad enough that my entire staff has access to it.


I'm shocked that there is not a way to set security on this.


I would like to suggest that the developers work on this.
