Resetting Thermometer

Hello!


We are gearing up for #GivingTuesday (as I am sure many others are!) and I can't seem to figure out how to reset the thermometer on our #GivingTuesday-specific donation page. It is still showing the total raised from last year. It could very well be something simple I am overlooking. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi Peter, It think you are trying to use the same donation form that you used for last #givingtuesday. In order to reset the form you should copy the form and start fresh for this year. There is a copy feature which will copy over all of the settings that you used including the thermometer but you get to start with a new goal. I hope this helps!

    Hi Michele,

    I am experiencing the same thing and I did copy the same form used last year but the thermometer still shows the same. Any other suggestions? Anything would help! :)

    I am also experiencing this issue, and I, too, copied the form.  Any suggestions would be helpful as we would like to use the tool for the upcoming Giving Tuesday campaign.
