How to LINK reciprocal relationship

I've searched the knowlegebase and this site but can't seem to find a process for establishing the reciprocal link 'after' the relationship has been created.

I have an org that represents a scholarship.  Linked to that org is a relationship called 'scholarship notify'.  These are the people that receive detailed reports about the scholarship (current value...etc.).  I see the relationship on the org record, but I don't see the relationshiop on the 'notify' record.  When I click on the relationship on the org record, the Reciprocal System Record ID is blank.  Which from my research means that the relationship is not actually reciprocated on that individual's record.  Is there a way to generate that link?
