Online Express Issues with Email

Hi OLX community,


We are currently experiencing an issue with email delivery in Online Express. Many OLX emails sent with a scheduled delivery time of after 6:00am Eastern today have not yet been delivered. We’re working to restore full service and to get these email jobs delivered just as quickly as possible. We will send another update by 6:00pm Eastern today.


 
While we are working to restore full service, please do not attempt to resend email jobs scheduled for delivery today as there is a risk that your recipients will receive the message twice.

 
Note also that the Recently Sent Messages tile on the OLX email dashboard isn’t able to load stats for affected messages. While we work to restore full service as quickly as possible, we’re temporarily suppressing stats from appearing in the Recently Sent Messages tile and instead the message in the image below will appear. We will re-enable these stats just as soon as full service has been restored.

 
In the interim, to access stats for email messages other than those sent today, click the View All Messages link at the top of the Recently Sent Messages tile.

  • When do you expect this to be corrected? I wish I'd been aware of this glitch. I've been trying to send a test message to myself for the last hour with no luck.

    Hi Teri,  I am terribly sorry about this and I can imagine your frustration. We are working to resolve the issue and we are notifying users via email. I noticed that you are not on our system notifcation updates for Online Express. Can you add yourself by going in Online Express under the Account dropdown > Email Notifications and entering your email there so you receive all udpates. Thank you!

     

  • Is there also a problem with setting up new events in OLX? The system is lagging and locking up when I save. We use the cloud based version of RE and it has been slow and freezing for the whole afternoon. I have been at work almost 3 hours late now trying to get things accomplished that need done right away. It's very frustrating when I can't do my job.
  • Where do I "go in Online Express under the Account dropdown > Email Notifications and entering your email there so you receive all udpates." Is this here in the Blackbaud Community or from within the RE software? I do not see Account listed with a drop down menu in either place.

  • Hi Teri, Sorry I wasn't clear! You need to go to your Online Express plugin within RE and at the top of your Online Express dashboard you will see the Account dropdown. That is where you will be able to go to email notifications to make sure you are added to the Online Express system updates.

  • Is this issue still going on?  I cannot see stats for any of my recently sent messages. When I click View All Messages as you sugguest and click 'load stats' they do not load. I want to be able to see the performance of an email I sent out on Friday.

     

     

  • Hi Isabel, We are actually releasing a fix tonight that should resolve this. Sorry for our delay but we had to nail down the issue and then fix. Feel free to direct message me or contact support if you need additional help. If you need the results immediately I can pull them for you but tomorrow they should be populating again for you to see on your own. Thank you for your patience.
