OLX Downtime

Hi all,

Does anyone else feel like there is too much downtime in OLX? I am very frustrated with the number of times I get the "Our servers are busy crunching numbers" and the blue loading bar running forever. Right now none of my team can do anything in OLX. Chat support was no help. The suggested solution was to refresh each Citrix profile, which shouldn't have to happen each time there's a problem.

  • I agree!!! This has become a major issue for us lately. We are at the point where OLX is becoming unusable. Very frustrated with the system and quickly looking for alternatives.

    This has been down for over 2 and a half hours now. This is a real problem. I have time sensative information that I spent an hour trying to prep and send out. These lags are a serious issue. Now it's afterhours and I will not be able to get the information out to my audience until tomorrow. Very disappointing.
