Happy day!  After putting a push on taking badge courses and exams since early Spring of this year, I passed the professional certification exam today. I feel a real sense of accomplishment. I'm fortunate -- and very grateful -- for two things:  1) that my organization, Hospice of the Chesapeake, has a "Learn More" training subscription that covers all the course and test costs, and 2) that over the years, while doing my job, I've had help and encouragment from a great Blackbaud consultant, Paula Kern. She's helped get me up the learning curve faster (and with less angst).


It takes a village!
