Relationship/Reciprocal coding for Political Candidate and their Campaign HQ?

Hey everyone,

I'm a bit stumped by this and second-guessing my first impulse when it comes to coding a certain type of relationship in our system.

We have some onetime political candidates in our system, and we have organization records related to their campaign headquarters. So, for example, Candidate's name is "Jane Doe" and the linked Organization is "Jane Doe for Congress." None of our existing coding seems to fit--the candidate is not an employee of their campaign, for example.

My thought is to go with:

Relationship = Candidate

Reciprocal = Campaign

...but I'm not positive that makes sense. Or does it? Does anyone else code this differently?

We don't have codes for this type of thing, but what you have makes sense to me. As long as you can understand and track it for your needs, it should work well.
