New RE user.  I'm trying to add a dcoument to the Media tab of a constituent.  It appears all of the required fields "blue" are complete, yet I get this message, and am not allowed to save the document.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Do you have the document open when you're trying to add it to RE? I've had that problem before and it gives me a weird error. Are you attaching a file or copy and pasting?

    What I've done is when I'm attaching media (usually a .pdf) I attach it, fill in all of the appropriate/required information and then double click in the box where the .pdf is (below all of the required info) which opens it up and then close it and then click save and close.  That usually works for me.
