Is it possible to make Recurring gifts ongoing on the donation form & still provide flexibility with the schedule?

To make the recurring gift ongoing, I selected the Specific option but that does not work well for the annual option. I would like for the donor to be able to select a date they want their card to be charged annually, but it appears to be an option that is not flexible for the end user. Would love to hear if anyone else was able to find a work around for this.

    There should be an "Annually" option - we do have a few of these oddball Recurring Gifts in our system too!


    Of course, 90% of the time, by the time that Recurrance comes around again, their CC has expired and I have to reach out again.  So just keep an eye on your expiration dates and if you don't have a "script" and a policy for when you reach out to these donors, you need to set one up!  :)

    Yes, there is an annual option but it forces us to select a date and month for them. In other words, it looks like June 1st of each year. So it does not provide flexibility. The goal is to not give the donor an end date option.
