Error Message when using letter tab

Hi,

Several of our users are having issues trying to create letters using the letters tab.  They were all working fine and then one day they started getting the message unable to open data source and then a message asking that they convert the an access database.  Normally this function opens a word document.  Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it?

    These letters link over to Exports that should be set up with a 'Blackbaud Simple Word Merge' or 'Blackbaud Conditional Word Merge' format.

    Can you find these exports and in Tools/Export Options check to see if the Export format got changed somehow?

    Yes, that was the first thing we checked and it's correct.  It's very strange because some staff can use them.

    You may want to call BB Support to see if their user accounts need to be reset.
