    Hi Christine! I help with a user's group in Phoenix, AZ and am looking for new ideas. Can you share the agenda for a typical meeting? How long do they run and what is the format? We usually do an all day meeting with a mix of topics presented by users and group discussion, but we are running dry on users who are willing to present.
