    This option is available in export. When adding field to the Output tab, select Address > Address Processing. After selecting a field to include, you will see the Individual and Organization address tabs where you are able to mark to send to contacts.

    Actually in Export / Address Processing there's one piece missing.  
    • In Export/Address Processing, when you choose 2: Org Address and you click Contact Types to Include, you get the 'Contacts to Include in Export' dialog box.
      • Yes, you can choose which Contact types to include.
      • But No, you do not get this piece of additional functionality which lets you choose options as to how you want to mail to the contact.
     
    • This is ONLY in Mail.
      • In Quick Letters, on the 6: Org Address tab when you click the Contact Information button you'll see an extra line that says:
      • "If a contact also receives this mailing as an individual"
      • And you can then choose:
        • Mail to individual address only
        • Mail to contact address only, or
        • Mail to both addresses separately.

    Unless I'm missing something, this additional piece of functionality is ONLY found in Mail.

    The old User Voice idea bank had a couple of concepts built in that are not supported in the new Idea Bank:


    1. The concept of a single user casting multiple votes for a single idea

    2. The concept of anonymous votes


    This was known prior to the migration and we decided that these concepts somewhat inflated vote counts in an unactionable way (As an example of what I mean, I can't interact with anonymous voters to check in and see if what we have in mind would satisfy their request). We also noted that the removal of these votes would impact all ideas (more or less) in a similar manner, meaning the relative ranking of each idea should remain the same.


    Sorry for the confusion in terms of the change in raw vote count, but I assure you that the directionally correct placement of the idea (relative to others in the idea bank) has been preserved.

    I was able to find the idea in the new Ideas area -- but how can I grab the link specifically to this idea in order to direct people to the new idea to vote?

    Or do I just need to provide the exact title so people can go to Ideas and use the search?

    I've never liked the idea of anonymous posts to the idea bank.  As you said, pretty much useless to BB and so often were vague requests for functions that existed.  Did like the 1-3 votes per user.  Viewed it as graduated importance: nice idea, could be helpful to essential idea - needed improvement/function.

    Sometimes the URL in my browser window is directly to that Idea (has a number at the end of it).  But sometimes it is only a link to the Bank itself (https://community.blackbaud.com/products/raisersedge7/ideas).  A while back, someone helped me figure out how to get the URL of the actual Idea when it doesn't appear in the address field of the browser...right-click on the Title of the Idea and select Copy Link Location.


    Once back here in the Community, select the words you want the link to be on, click the globe sitting on the chain link, and paste the link in the box.

    I'm not sure (but I hope it's been addressed) if all links previous to the Community relaunch still work.  I don't usually put the URL, just hyperlinked text.

    Thanks so much for this Jen!  My link was just to the generic IdeaBank without the specific routing to the idea itself.  Good to know we can get it if needed.
