Service Centre issues - for monthly donations

A lapsed donor tried to log into the service centre and received the following message. We sent them there from a link in an email with an autoresponder. Here is the link that we provided them in the email.

http://support.tvo.org/site/PageServer?pagename=welcome_tvo

They are probably not logged in. I would add a conditional to your welcome_tvo page to prompt them to log in if they aren't already, or just link to https://secure3.convio.net/tvo/site/UserLogin?NEXTURL=http://support.tvo.org/site/PageServer?pagename=welcome_tvo instead.

It is possible to autologin constituents when they click links in specified email campaigns, not I'm not sure off the top of my head how/if we can set that up for autoresponders.
