Automatically populate honor/memorial information

If you are doing this through the use of the "Donation2" form, which is the most commonly used type of Luminate Online donation form AND you are using the built-in data element "Honor Gift - Honoree First Name" and "Honor Gift - Honoree Last Name", that could be pre-populated through the use of the following URL parameter that you can append into the rest of the form URL when you built such link to direct people to the donation form
&set.TributeFirstName=John&set.TributeLastName=Doe


Here's actual example of the form in action with those parameters:
https://donations.diabetes.org/site/Donation2?df_id=18807&mfc_pref=T&18807.donation=form1&set.TributeFirstName=John&set.TributeLastName=Doe​

We would like to start creating personalized memorial donation pages in Luminate Online. Ideally, we want to include the memorial/tribute fields on the page, but would like it to automatically populate with the person's name whom the page is for so that donors don't have to type it out each time. Is this possible? Or has anyone else done something similar to this idea and have another way for it to work? We thought about just not including the tribute fields since we know who the tribute is for, but we still want the tribute linked when it comes through RELO connector. Thanks!
