This is my third quarter doing NCOA where I have to upload the file to the FTP server

Are they planning to fix this at any time?

It isn't a huge pain doing it this way, it is just finding the instructions as to how to do it (which I have)

I was told by Support that I would have to upgrade to the current version in order to avoid the FTP site. We are on version 7.93 and just aren't quite ready to go to 7.95.

I have updated my NCOA instructions to include the Knowledgebase article since we are not going to upgrade any time soon

In Blackbaud's defense - they get back to me very quickly with the final file

I just uploaded this morning and had a final file in less than an hour

Hi Joanne!

As Spencer mentioned, the automatic transmission process has been restored in 7.95, patch 2+, where security enhancements have been put in place. Unfortunately, the only option until then will be the manual upload process you've been using up to this point.

Let me respond with some actual information...sorry hit the wrong button on the last post

I'm attaching some rough NCOA instructions but it includes the links to the knowledgebase articles

This is only if you are not on 7.95 - it sounds like they have the Data Center working for up to date versions
