Children's Miracle Network - Partner Coding

Options
Hello,

We are looking for best practices for coding CMN partners with solicitors in RE.    Example:   We have 6 Costco constituents, one head office and 5 regional stores.   When assigning the solicitor we have one single Solicitor/Relationship Manager for all of the Costco's, she is assigned to all 6 corporate records.   Donations are posted to the individual stores, actions are recorded in each record, and her relationship contacts are different for all 5 stores and the head office.

Would it be best to have the solicitor only assigned to the head office?  Our CDO doesn't want to see Costco listed 6 times on assigned prospect reports yet she wants to be able to measure the solicitor's management of their assigned CMN partners through actions (contacts, meetings, gifts, etc).   What is the best way to do this?

Happy to provide more examples, I'm still working on different scenarios.

Thank you .  Rita

Can you use a different solicitor type for the regional stores to omit her from the assigned prospector report but include her on the others?

I'm currently working to create an CMN policy for a client that is a children's hospital foundation partnering with CMN, so your question sparked my interest.  They haven't gotten to the point of assigning solicitors to the corporate partners, so I don't have an answer from their experience just yet, but I think part of it would depend on how you have your system set up in general.  I generally lean to each location having its own record and maintaining its own data because the solicitor will need that information separated as he/she speaks to the staff at that location.
