RELO: How can you add an additional donation question that will add as a gift attribute in RE?

Hi there,


Does anyone know how you might be able to add an additional donation question on the donation forms that will show up in the batch when process a donation into RE? We've tried adding a custom data element and mapping it to the constituent record but that doesn't do the trick.

    Hello Hilary,


    Currently the only attributes that populate on a RELO gift record are pre-configured in the integration. These are the Luminate Online Gift ID, donation type, and donation form. I would recommend adding this topic to our Ideas Community page. The product enhancement ideas and suggestions are reviewed here to see what everyone is most interested in for future enhancements.
