import Action word document name

Has anyone figured out how to import an Action Word document Name? The field exists in Query amd Export. But it doesn't exist in Import. I'm tring to simply correct the text field for Word Document Name that was typed on an Action which was globally added to a few hundred records.

I don't believe this is an available Import Field. I opened a Constituent Action Import and looked, then clicked the [Click here for detailed field information.] link at the bottom right of the [3 Fields] Tab and checked there, too.

I think your only option may be to re do the Global Add with new Action Records and then use Global Delete to remove the ones with the error. (Be careful!)

Can you use the letter field? I'm not sure if that's what you want, but I can see that in import. Actions really don't impurt as well as I would like...I've had multiple fields in the past that I wanted to import onto an Action that just weren't available to import, so I have had to make attributes and notes work. Since most of those Actions were only imported for Historical purposes, it was functional, but less than ideal. If you need this field all the time for current Actions, I'd submit this to the Idea bank. If you do that, please let me know and I'll gladly vote for your suggestion.
