Setting the Width of a Stationary Email

Options
Hi all,

I'm hoping someone could shed a little light on this for me. I've got a few auto-responders that I'm modifying and one of the requests I've gotten is the make the body of the email appear wider.

I wasn't the one who initially developed the template we have now but in our custom CSS everything is set to 100% widths. No where though do I see mention of a master container of anything that has a defined width. Our emails seem to max themselves out at 500px wide and I'm curious if anyone knows where that "master" setting is and how/where it can be adjusted?

Thanks in advance!

  • Hi Michael,

Do you have the stationary HTML code the autoresponders are using that we could take a look at to find out where the width/max-width is being set?

    Thanks,

    Phil

    Hi Phil,

Thanks for the reply! Between myself and my colleague we were able to locate the width settings - thanks!
