How in RE can you track number of Mass cards a person requested and the type of card

I am trying to best figure out how to track Mass cards in RE (the number requested and the card code). We have used another database where you can track and print a report with the orders.Thank You.

'Pends. Are you using the Tribute module, or are you relying on Gift records to track that information? I would consider a Gift Attribute to be one feasible method of tracking. You could create a Gift Subtype, called Mass Requests, then a Gift Attribute called "Number of Masses". The card code could be another Gift Attribute, Gift Code, or an Appeal package, depending how you solicit your Mass intentions and how long-term your codes are used.


Then for tracking, you would create a Gift Query or Custom Report, pulling all gifts of that Subtype or to that Masses Fund in your date range, and outputting the donor name, card code, and "Number of Masses" gift attribute.
