Important Notice - Import Creates Blank Accounts

After our 7.23.0 Release on 7/10/2016 Import is creating blank accounts in some circumstances. These accounts may be created even if you received an error message after attempting to run the Import. The duplicate accounts have no information in them so they shouldn’t affect any queries or reports that you run. If you have run an Import since Sunday 7/10/2016 you may have some accounts that should be deleted. If you find any blank accounts that were created through Import in error please contact Support, reference Knowledgebase article 102939 regarding this issue, and we will have them deleted for you.

 

We truly apologize for any inconvenience these blank accounts may cause. This issue should be resolved in an emergency patch this week. Until then, we advise you to refrain from using the Import module. We will update this discussion once the Import issue is resolved.
