Action Note heirarchy

Hi


If I have entered a new action and then entered two separate notes, is there a way to make sure that a specific one precedes the other so that it appears in the Action Window? At the moment I have the wrong one appearing first. Thanks!

    To always, for every User, no matter what sort settings they have, have one Note appear before another, you'd need to be sure that

    a) every field available as a column is set so that the "first" note will sort as first (Type, Date, Description, Notes)

    and

    b) that your Users never reverse the sort and put the "first" note appearing at the bottom.


    If this is a case where there is an unusual and specific reason that one Note should be referenced before the other, I would put that in CAPS in the Note Description...like "READ ME FIRST".
