Media tab only saves 1 page of pdf document?

I'm a little new to RE, but I have been using the media tab for a few things and noticed that if the document is longer than one page it only saves the first page. Why? Recently I wanted to attach a donor summary from ResearchPoint in pdf format to the media tab in RE for easy retrieval by our Development Officers. The only problem is that it won't save the entire summary - only the first page. Anyone have a suggestion as to why this is or how I can save the entire pdf?

Hi Nikki,

When you're in the media item, only a preview of it shows. If you double click on the picture/preview that comes up it should bring up the full PDF.

Our executive staff always thinks the same thing when they go into media, so I have started checking the box that says, "Display as Icon" when I am loading the document into RE. This keeps people in a realm they know. They all know to double click on the icon to open the document. It works for me too because I tend to forget!
