Looking for old Online Training in the Blackbaud site

Hi all,

I'm having a hard time finding an old training path all based on Luminate Online. It used to be on the customer center and had every single module of LO explained and visited. Anyone have any idea where it is now? All I can find today is links to training central and Blackbaud university. I have a new colleague starting in a few days and will like him to go tru it before actually start working on the plateform.

Hi Samuel,

You are in the right place -- the full list of learning modules is under blackbaud.com -> training -> training central -> luminate - > explore curriculum

Under there you can find the online Basics classes that I think you are looking for.

When users are logged in you can see the list of classes you are taking or see the transcrip of completed classes.

Thanks Erick for the quick replay, I did not checked on that before cause I recall a different path to get there and was to narrow minded yesterday, being monday and all. -- solved

Hi - We're having the exact same issues with finding the training videos. The new resources that we're seeing in training central have a $300 per course fee. I don't recall the previous trainings having a large fee attached. Is there something I'm missing in training central?

HI Lisa, check the last item on list at the bottom. I believe now to be labeled Curriculum. Inside there you can find the old webinars (videos) and reading material for the basics.
