Divider bars not appearing

Hi! When designing an emai in Online Express, the divider lines do not appear when you drop them in. If the divider line was part of a template - they appear. Please help!

    Daniel, I made a test email, and the lines do seem to be appearing when I drop them in. But they seem to only "drop" successfully if you land them inside the layout guideline boxes, rather than trying to insert them between. You're welcome to look at my email template. Good luck!

    Yes, they appear in the design application but they do not appear in the test emails. I should've been more clear.

    Yes, I see what you mean. However, this seems to be specifically an Outlook integration issue. If you send the test email to another email program besides Outlook, the lines do appear. Online Express has had frequent trouble with Outlook integration in the past (until a couple months ago, the text and image boxes did not format correctly), so I expect this will need to be a future "bug fix" on the part of BlackBaud programmers. You should create a suggestion in the Idea Bank page. In the meantime, all of your other recipients who don't use Outlook will still see your divider lines.


    PS. It is an annoyance! Congrats, you're the proud discoverer of a "BlackBaud Bug". :)
