Amount of filtered out emails increase almost 3K in 6 days

I sent out a standard email yesertday. Everything seemed fine but the filtered out emails jumped up by 2,800 emails since my last send which had been six days ago. I am not sure why. I know those are not unsuscribes, they're not hard or soft bounces and I have been using the small rebuildable include/exclude groups for years. Has this happened to anyone before? I contacted Luminate but it was not a helpful experience.

  • I hadn't noticed that, but I'll go back and look specifically.  I did notice that last week, the amount for the filtered out totals while scheduling was a negative number.  It made me extremely nervous so I was watching the delivery that day very closely, but it delivered fine. 
  • Alicia, the negative number is a bug. I have had a case open for a few months on that issue, but no resolution yet. (Bug 70852)


    Gianna, did the e-mail get delivered to roughly the same amount of people as your send six days ago?


    Luminate has a few issues with correct audience numbers right now.
