Server Outage Causing NetCommunity Issues

Hey All,


So, we've been dealing with major server issues the last few days and subsequently it has been reeking havoc on our online membership purchases and such. It has caused certain fields not to work, which is then not allowing memebrs to complete their membership renewal process. Does anyone know of any work arounds or quick alternate ways for members to make online purchases?

    Blackbaud NetCommunity is dependent upon The Raiser's Edge Web Services server (or REWS) for online forms to function. I created a support case and am reaching out so that we can help assist with getting your forms back up as quickly as possible.
