Why becoming certified was important to me and/or my organization

Completing my RE Associate level certification has helped me to provide evidence to my colleagues and community that I am an industry-recognized professional in my field. My employer enjoys the benefit of my broad base of product knowledge, and is using the certification program as a requirement of others wishing to work within my team.
