Are Admins the only folks that can access the Community area?

Options

We have "power end users" that we would like to grant access to the Community for the forums, best practices, etc. Are only Admins granted access?  If not, what is the process for granting access?

    Brian is correct. You have to contact your Account Manager and ask them to add these contacts to your organization's record in our CRM. Please note that we need to be alerted when these people no longer are working with you so we can remove that access.
