eblast won't sent

Please help! I am trying to send an eblast and everything (as far as I know) is ready to go. I have sent test emails to 3 people and it looks fine. However, when I select an email list that I just created from the bottom of the screen, the "send" button is not available. A colleague tried the same thing and she was not able to send either. We can neither send right away nor send at a later date. The buttons just don't work. Can someone please provide guidance? Knowledgebase does not have anything about this.

@Crystal Bruce Thank you. I now have a case open with support. We tried various things including using RE NXT in an incognito window. So far, no luck. Everything works fine in test emails. It's just emailing to a constituent list that does not work.

@Audrey Katzman I went through the eblast and found a section that had a tiny unusual mark in it (a triangle that i did not put there myself). I created a new section with the same information and the triangle was not there. Lo and behold, the next time I tried to send, the blue send button was available. So, the issue is solved.
