TeamRaiser Participant Center 2 Picture and Video Upload Size

Hello.

Could someone please tell me what is the max photo and video size a user can upload through TeamRaisers PC2? A few users are trying to upload photos and getting error messages, but none of the messages state what the max size photo (or video) is.

Also, where is the error messaging for this handled? It would be nice to specify the max size both on the page, but also in the error message that appears.

There are no size restrictions on video as far as Convio's concerned, since with video a participant just references a YouTube URL. The maximum acceptable file size for images is 4 Mb. Images must be .gif, .jpg, or .png files.

The success and error messages are contained in an area of Convio known as the Message Catalog Editor, found under Setup -> Product Configuration. If you do not have access to the Message Catalog Editor (most clients do not), talk to your Account Manager about any changes you need made to the text.

What would cause some YouTube videos to work but not others? We have someone trying to upload a video from YouTube not it is not working but yet other YouTube videos are working. Any guidance on this would be appreciated, thanks!

Noah - is the file size limit still set to 4mb?  It'd be nice to see this doubled as many phones are pushing 8megapixels.
