Is it possible to adjust the thermometer down?

Due to a mix-up internally, an offline donation was added to the campaign thermometer and then added separately to specific teams. However, now, I can't subtract the offline donation from the thermometer as the adjust box only allows for positive integers.

Does anybody know how I can go about removing the adjustment from the thermometer? I would remove the donation from the teams, but that would also remove the soft credit and I don't want to do that.

The only way you can adjust the thermometer negatively is by contacting Support. They are the only ones with this type of access to your TeamRaiser tool.
