Users getting extra code on their Teamraiser personal pages. Any tips?

We are just relaunching our teamraiser platform for a program coming up and I've had a lot of complaints from users about getting weird extra code in their personal pages (specifically the  ).  I've told people to avoid pasting directly from Word - and trying to paste from textedit - but in my tests - and in what I've seen from people - the Âs seem to keep coming back!  The only way I've been able to get rid of them is to go into the admin side and into people's pages and delete them.  Anything easier i can suggest to people to save me the time?

I've never seen this happen. Is it possible to get a screenshot so we can see what content element this is appearing?

Here's a screenshot of the code.  Its not visible for those who are editing their pages via the Participant Center - we can only see it and delete when we go thru the admin page.  Thanks!

This is a bug introduced in the Winter release of Luminate Online. If you haven't already, open a Support case so that your organization can be added to the list of clients affected by this bug.
