Can I lock a logo that I post on a TeamRaiser event page?

I have a company that wants their logo locked (prevents people from copy and pasting, dragging or dropping the logo.)

 

Can this be done? I would upload the logo to a TeamRaiser event home page.

I'll be honest, I've never heard of a company wanting to have this done on an org's TR event page. Out of curiosity, can I ask why they requested this?

 

One thing you can do is Google "Disable right-click javascript" and you can find a way  to do this. Unfortunately this disables the right-click functionality for the entire page. Not just for an image. 

 

Couple options I can think of: 1) Customize the logo for only your event. That way it can't be Photoshoped. Or 2) Go with a simple text name of the company. 

 

You will find a common response is, "if you don't want it copied on the internet then don't put it on the internet." But I think my first option above could be an opportunity for you to comprimise with the company.
