WHAT'S THIS FEATURE?

Three new reports allow clients to track the effectiveness of email sent by TeamRaiser Participants thru Participant Center by providing information on the number of, types of, and responses to emails.

 

The new reports available include:

 

• Email Performance by Event — provides information on email performance grouped by TeamRaiser Event.

• Email Performance by Participant — provides detailed information on email performance by TeamRaiser Participant.

• Email Performance by Security Category — provides a view of email performance across all TeamRaiser Events in a given Security Category.

HOW DOES THIS SUPPORT EVENT STRATEGY?

Event Admins can use these reports to see and compare the effectiveness of email sent (or lack of emails sent) by TeamRaiser participants. Results can inform the design and messaging in templates for future campaigns.

 

For example, let’s say an organization has a total of 7 available Suggested Email Templates in their TeamRaiser Participant Center in the following categories: 3 general donation solicitation emails; 2 quick reminder to donate emails; 1 thank you email and 1 blank email.  With this enhancement, a client can leverage the Email Performance by Event report to see how frequent the ‘Quick Reminder’ email templates are being utilized by Participants who may have not received any donations after sending their initial set of Solicitation emails.  If it is observed there is non-activity by this segment of participants, this may prompt the client to craft important coaching verbiage that can be included in coaching emails or other fundraising job aids the organization provides to participants.
