writing an email campaign

I'm having trouble drafting an email for a campaign.  The "Draft email" button is covered by a pop-up that should populate another box on the page.  I can't find another way to write an email.  Anybody else experience this annoying pop-up box.  See attached file.

What browser are you using? It looks like you have this pop-chart in your admin homepage. You can go in and remove it from the top. If that's not it, you may have to contact Support to get them to fix some code.

 

Also, are you trying to do TeamRaiser emails? If you're just trying to do regular email campaign then we need to move this post to the Luminate Online board.
