Is there a way to add questions to an upsell?

We are offering to text racers their final time, if they have purchased the timing chip.  We want to add the questions who is your carrier and what is your mobile number in the upsell area.  Is there a way to do this or are we stuck putting it with the additional questions?

Yes. You have to add the fields to capture this information at the registration point. But once you do this when you pull the participants that purchased the timing chip then their mobile info will be in their record.
