Donor Support Systems Specialist - (3260029)

Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Donor Systems and Information Management, the Donor Systems Support Specialist (DSSS) is responsible for supporting and servicing various digital and web-based platforms used by the fundraising team. The DSSS will implement both internal and external facing technical projects as determined by the Director in order to advance fundraising activities across the department, including providing project management and implementation support for team leads.

In this hybrid role (in office presence at least one day per week), the DSSS will play a key support role as the fundraising team at Spaulding continues to scale its systems infrastructure and digital strategies to support a high level of ongoing philanthropic engagement. The DSSS will focus on building technical efficiencies for various systems, including prioritizing the integration of web-based applications with Spaulding’s Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, which hosts close to one million constituent records. They will undertake projects that focus on the import and extraction of data, data reporting, and supporting the Systems team with data integrity initiatives and other related activities.

This is an exciting time to join the Development Team at Spaulding—home to Harvard Medical School’s Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, ranked a “Top Three” Rehabilitation Hospital by U.S. News & World Report for three years running, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families coping with disabilities from injury and illness. Following the successful conclusion of the Campaign for Spaulding Research Institute in 2022, which raised more than $94 million, the Development Team is ramping up its activities to further bolster the network’s research and clinical missions through endowment and other philanthropic gifts, all to sustain Spaulding’s excellence for generations to come.
