Top Team Status Indicators Including Registration Fees

Within the last few days, the top team status indicators for our events in TeamRaiser have started to include registration fees in team totals. I made sure that in our blueprint 3. Select Event Options – a. Define Fundraising Options – 9. Status Indicators Include the Monetary Value of Registration Fees was not checked. It was not, and never has been (years), and this configuration is locked across all our events.

 

Has anyone else noticed this problem and if so, do you have a solution? I have also submitted a ticket to support to resolve this issue.

Convio Support has identified this issue as bug 62826. Engineering is actively working on it. If your campaign explicitly seperates the registration fees from the donations to meet fundraising minimums or prizes, I recommend adding a disclaimer to your website that indiciates that the totals in the scroll include the registration fees. Another option is linking a list of donation only totals to that statement.

Matt - It appears that this was fixed in last nights upgrade, our team totals are behaving again.
