Permissions for a Multicenter Admin to View Transaction Report

Options

Hi all!

I sat in on Ken and Kent's presentation during BBCon so I thought I would give this Community thing a whirl!

We, at the Scleroderma Foundation, are relatively new to the Blackbaud family. We just relaunched our whole redesigned Luminate website on Aug. 15. Our org has 24 chapters under our National Office -- each one of those chapters has admins who run reports for their multicenter website and Teamraiser events.

Our first (beta test) event in Teamraiser was just completed. The event manager can't view the transaction reports (to see registrations, donations, etc.) so she can run her reconciliation. Where would I need to look in her permissions so I could give her access to run this report?

Thanks!

Hi Chrisina and welcome to the Community!!!!

You can go into that event manager's record in Cons360 and under the Groups tab you can check and see what admin and sub-admin groups she is a part of. I'm not really familiar with the preset sub-admin groups for a multi-center instance of Luminate Online but there should be one for TeamRaiser reporting with a permission for TeamRaiser Management that allows the person to run reports.

When you see a sub-admin group in her list of groups, you can click into it and see what the permissions are for that group. It could be possible that she just hasn't been added to the right group.

Let me know if it looks like she is in all the right groups. I don't have access to your system but I can escalate this post to create a Support case and they can take a look.

So glad you joined us at BBCon and I hope you find a lot of great help and info here in the CCC. Don't hesitate to ping me if you ever need any help. And if it's urgent, feel free to send me a private message here.

    Thanks!

    Kent

    Christina,

I meant to share this blog where I added a listing of all the permissions that can be given to an admin/sub-admin group: http://community.convio.com/t5/Community-Manager-Blog/Listing-of-Luminate-Online-Permissions/ba-p/54478

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks Kent! I will see if your suggestion works to get her access to the reports!
