Teamraiser user question

Is there a way for a Teamraiser user to download their list of contacts so they can clean up the list outside of Lumniate and then re-import it? I only see an import option, not a download option (this person has accumulated 2,000 contacts over years of Teamraiser participation).

Yes, under the "Follow-ups" tab, there should be a text link to "Download List."

 

However, won't they need to manually delete all their existing contacts before re-importing?  Otherwise I think it would just create a ton of duplicates.
