Kootenai Health Foundation is seeking a donor relations Database and Portfolio Manager to join their dynamic and passionate team!

As the Foundation Database and Portfolio Manager, you will evaluate and identify prospects for the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts. You'll manage, organize and maintain the integrity and accuracy of constituent information in the database. Provide proactive and reactive prospect research on individuals and communicates this information to appropriate philanthropy officer. Coordinate gift data entry, receipting and list coordination.

What you will do:

Manages and organizes constituent information in database, designs surveys and other analytic instruments for constituent groups
Researches and identifies prospective donors and other funding sources, conforming to specified demographic and financial profiles
Verifies and maintains complete and current contact information, personal and biographical details and personal giving histories across all development/philanthropy programs
Executes queries and prepares reports as requested
Manages philanthropic officer portfolios according to portfolio management best practices
Provides President and fundraising staff with meeting research briefs
Researches and implements data quality best practices
Documents procedures and keeps the Raiser’s Edge/Raiser’s Edge NXT procedures manual up-to-date
Researches ways to implement and maximize continual use of Raiser’s Edge/Raiser’s Edge NXT
Develops dashboard management
Enters and processes all gift transactions
Produces gift receipts and acknowledgement letters within stated timeframes
Maintains and manages lists for direct mail and email programs

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience that includes working with database maintenance/administration required
Experience in a fundraising environment and proficiency with The Raiser’s Edge software preferred

Salary: $50,900.00 - $59,900.00 per year
