How do I credit a team captain's donation to all of his team members?

Hi everyone

 

A team captains paid/made our minimum donation via credit card for everyone on his team.  

I’m trying to register his team members on the backend of Convio, but it won’t let me soft credit $100 at a time for each member.  I know how to do this with matching funds checks, but it doesn’t seem to work with a credit card donation.

Anybody know how to deal with this?

We would register each member in the back end using cash or check as the payment for each to move their thermometers.

 

Then refund the original captain's donation, but choose "No, the donor has already been reimbursed or will be reimbursed offline. Just record the refund in the Convio database" so that the books still balance.
