How do you resend a tax ID form? (Autoresponder)

A donor did not receive an autoresponder for a tax donation form. Can someone help me how to resend it?

    Leslie,

     

    Do you have your PDF receipts activated? If so, you can regenerate the receipt and then email it to them through your office email. You can't resend it through Luminate Online though.
