Issues with YouTube video on Personal Page

Is there a reason why some YouTube videos work and others do not on a personal page? One of our teamraiser participants really wants to have a video on her page but neither of us can get it to work, however I am able to get other videos to work. This is the video I am unable to load. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

The only issue I've seen like this is when the video creator has set viewing permissions in a way that doesn't allow the video to be shared. You might have the person check that.
